  This hotel is very close to JR Nara station which makes it quite useful if you're doing a lot of travel out of Nara, and it's not too far a walk to the other train station in Nara. It's also very budget friendly and the staff are nice.   An extremely well-designed (but small and compact) hotel. Very friendly staff - knowledgeable and helpful and really kind. We've stayed in 4 hotels over the past 10 days in Japan and this is easily the best; much better than the place we stayed in Kyoto for 1.5 times the price. The wifi was good and reliable, and they also had desktops and printers available in the common room, as well as free reading material, tea and coffee facilities, maps and a kitchen. In the 4 persons room there are power plug of every bed, and a table with 4 chair which is useful to discuss travel plan tomorrow with friends or have meal or sneaks together.   This place is really convenient for a stay in Nara. Its location is excellent, right next to Nara Park. We have stayed in a Japanese style room overlooking to the nice Japanese garden.
