  My stay of 5 nights was a truly lovely experience from arrival to departure, wonderful room design (King, level 2), everything thoughtfully arranged, lots of space to hang and put away clothes and other items, scrupulously clean, spacious shower, a calming room which was a delightful refuge after busy days out. I've lodged at many fine hotels across the glob - 1) Breakfast - European buffet was to die for!! they cook ham in front of your eyes, excellent choice of fruit, muesli, sausages, fish. 2) Spacious room. 3) Staff speaks good English and very helpful, allowed us to leave our luggage for free for 3 days even when we left for Tokyo and then didn't come back to Hyatt again. 4) Locality is really convenient for both sightseeing (next to Kyoto Museum and various temples) and logistics point (5 min from train/shinkansen station)

  The hotel was excellent value for money and the buffet breakfast was extensive and delicious. The rooms were well appointed and comfortable, with more space than expected. The staff spoke good English and were very helpful. The hotel also runs a frequent shuttle bus too and from the JR Kyoto train station which is very convenient. - Staff are ver... что говорят » y polite and efficient. The Concierge was very helpful. There are not a lot of places to visit near to the hotel, but it is only a short walk to the stop for the bus to Gion. The hotel shuttle bus is great for getting to the station, from where you can get transport around the whole city.

They have good initiative where they are willing to go a step further in making our stay in Kyoto as comfortable as possible.
