  The set-up is a bit weird, there is no actual hotel lobby. Instead you are given keys by the staff of the Ippoppotamo restaurant. But, then you are led to the back of the hotel and to your own private room and wow! The hotel isn't cheap but it surely is worth every cent!   Nuova Opera Rooms is one of the best places we have ever stayed. The hosts were very friendly and we were surprised when we realised on the second day of our stay that they were identical twins :)) The room was very clean, full of light and with a great view over the hills.   Huge room with lots space and storage. Great for a family. Complete with kitchen. Limited underground parking for smaller car, luckly we had a Mito rental car so no prob. Great location right next to the old castel Vecchio and roman door, and blocks away from city centro.   The room was very good, everything was new and very clean, they cleaned it everyday. The hotel itself is very near the highway so it is very easy to find and it is 3 km from the center so it is a half an hour walk to the center. The bus station is two meters from the hotel so you can take the bus to the center and back! The breakfast which is included in the price is one coffee, juice sometimes and a - Location is perfect for people with cars, because there's free parking in the front of the hotel + on the back side there is enough room for cars. The rooms are small, but new furnitured, bathroom is very good. It's cheap. The breakfast is ok, the staff is very helpful and frendly. Note: if you go there by car, for the old town use the free parking near Porta Palio. It's very close to the center and there's no risk to receive a ZTL fine ticket for driving in the old town.
