If I could give La Torre 6 stars for staff & location, I would! Everything about the B&B was perfect. In the heart of the old city, the B&B is ideally situated just off the main shopping street and only a few minutes walk from the arena, Piazza Erbe, Romeo and Juliet's houses. The B&B rooms cannot be faulted. They are furnished to the highest standard and with great style. They are well equipped down to the tiniest detail! Breakfast was outstanding and nothing was too much for the adorable Signora Lucia. A truly amazing stay. We will return!

We loved the place and its owners. We stayed there for two nights with my wife. It's a two-minute walk from Arena, on a quiet street. The room is located in a big apartment where owners actually live and they are easy to reach if needed and it's always cool to have a glimpse into how locals live. So you live not in a hotel but in an actual residentil building with locals. Location is perfect. Adele and Umberto were very welcoming and helpful. our family stayed at Opera Relais De Charme for the second time and it was amazing as the first one. The Staff are very polite and helpful. The room is very clean and completed with all facilities that you may need. When you step out of your room you can hear classic music remembering you why you are there.

Absolutely the most romantic hotel we've stayed in! The rooms are so decadent! Service is impeccable! Breakfast in bed is such a nice touch! Juliets courtyard is closed to the public at 7.30pm and our hotel had exclusive use! It's extra special because my fiancé just proposed to me there!! :) -

Nuova Opera Rooms is one of the best places we have ever stayed. The hosts were very friendly and we were surprised when we realised on the second day of our stay that they were identical twins :))

We had two apartments which were both very spacious. We wanted to be able to cook in a couple of nights and that proved easy to do. The concierge provided good information about local facilities, bus routes and local food shopping (would suggest these should be in a folder in Italian, English and German in each apartment. nb buy bus tickets at the local Tabak - cheaper than on the bus!)

The B&B was perfectly located, right down the street from Piazza Bra in the center of town, and very close to a number of restaurants. It was easy to walk to all the sights we had picked out to visit. The bus from the train station stopped very near the B&B.

I cannot fault this beautiful BnB at all.
The staff were amazing and extremely friendly and helpful.
We were in awe with the size and comfortability of the room. Our large windows looked down into one of the streets.
Breakfast was traditional and appetising.
It was close to the station (20 min leisurely walk), shops, restaurants and Casa Di Giulietta.
We were sad that our visit was short as we would have loved to have stayed a couple more days.
