Понравилось месторасположение гостиницы, её приятная внешность и обслуживание на уровне - We were given a twin room, but when we asked for a double, they had no problem changing it. The double we were given was like a suite - very nice indeed. Staff were very friendly and helped us work out train times and book taxis. - Good value. Great location.

Where to start? This hotel offers 5 star service. The people here would have to be the friendliest in Italy. They go the extra mile to help with a smile on their face. One even drove us to the nearby shopping centre as we are not keen on driving. I liked everything about the hotel Aurora.
My room was perfect with a view of the piazza, the bathroom big enough and the breakfast out on the little terrace was just beautiful.
The staff were friendly and very helpful and talk about location location location. The hotel is close to all the sites and some realyl great shopping.

This hotel is perfect if you want to be a short distance from the busy city center of Verona. The hotel is updated, artistically pleasing, clean, and meticulously kept.
