  The Hotel was excellent. Very well located (15meters from the boat station San Angello). Walking from there was a pleasure, and it is about 10 minute walk from San Marco plazza. It was wonderful to be able to walk to and fro to San Marco's Square and despite the close proximity, the price was very reasonable. Staff very helpful, we got to check in early as the room was ready and they kept our bags safe on the last day until late at night. Also ate in the restaurant which was good food, staff here more than helpful as the terrace flooded during high tide and they piggy back

  The best hotel I've been in Italy. No doubt. Loved the hotel, loved the staff, loved our room. It even had a small and unexpected jacuzzi. It was further away then what was promised on bookings.com , not a problem though, since there was a small vaporino shuttle running whenever we need it to - even late at night!!
