Ca' Spezier is set in a historic building, just a 10-minute walk from Santa Lucia Train Station. It features a buffet-style breakfast and spacious rooms with a shared bathroom.
The rooms are elegant and colourful, all fitted with tiled floors and wrought-iron beds. All rooms have a cooling fan and a work desk.
Breakfast is served as a buffet, and it includes sweet pastries, cereal and jam, together with hot drinks.
Saint Mark’s Square is a 20-minute walk from the B&B, while the Grand Canal is 750 metres away.

Ca'Spezier was very very clean and well maintained. Monica was
pleasant and helpful. Her directions were spot on in getting us there
from the train station, The ceiling fan gave a welcome refresher from
the day's heat. Each day, there was plenty of cheese, juice,
cereal, and pastry for breakfast. I would stay again and highly
recommend Ca'Spezier. It is clean, comfortable, and a great value.
Monica was terrific. все обзоры »
Lovely rooms which are all set off the kitchen/shared space area. Breakfast served until 10am on a self-service basis which had a nice selection of drinks, breads, jams and cheeses. Get three keys when checking in which means you can come and go to the property as you please. Overall, a lovely guest house.
What a surprise to arrive at the lovely, cozy and clean rooms after walking through the narrow streets of Venice. Situated near to every thing you want. Nice breakfast with a great cup of Italian coffee. Local restaurants are amazing and just around the corner. Thank you Monica, we enjoyed our stay.
This is a quiet guesthouse where the kitchen and bathroom are shared. The room we had was very clean and comfortable. The location is close to Rialto bridge and the water bus stop is close by also. The local restaurants are amazing and we really enjoyed our stay here.
You can take anything you see in the kitchen. The host will prepare you some nice bread and fruit and beverage. Don't forget to check your email so that you won't miss the introduction on how to find this hotel. it's quiet and clean.
Actualy it's easy to find if you take the boat and get off at "Riva De Biasio". If following Monica's suggestion you will cross two big bridges instead of one small, especially carrying heavy luggages.
Staff was wonderful! They stayed late for our check in and also let us leave our baggage there for free. The breakfast was also good since it was self serve and had a large selection of snack foods.
Clean rooms, clean bathrooms.
Breakfast provided is more than adequate, with bread, jams, ham, packet juices and coffee/tea. The host Monica speaks English so no communication problems there.
The host is very organised and helpful. She can speak good english so we did not have any issues in communication.
The place is very clean and comfortable.
We enjoyed are stay there.
Nice place for low budgets, varied breakfast and very comfortable bed; away from main tourists routes and near Campo San Giacomo, one of Venetian "squares" I prefer.
It's a nice and perfect place to sleep. Besides it's close to Rialto. The rooms are more spacious than in other hotels for the same price.
The room is very nice like own family. It's very clean inside. The breakfast is very good, and the reception desk lady is very nice.
Located in the island, close to s. Stae station, easy to get to through ship line 1. One bathroom with shower, one without.
Excellent location, easy to find following the directions. Very clean, good room, interesting building.
Nice place to stay and affordable, taking into account prices in venice. Worth staying.
Great location, excellent shower and bathroom. Friendly staff.
very very clean and comfortable. excellent homestay hostel.
cute setup
breakfast included
warm reception.
very good location. clean.
clean room, very nice lady.
Very friendly and helpful.
Charming experience.
Clean and safe.
Close to the Railway station which suited us perfectly.
The woman running the B & B was very friendly and helpful.
Kitchen was always available to us and able to make tea and coffee at all hours.
The location is good, the staff is friendly and helpful. And there are different kinds of food and drinks for breakfast with microwave oven and fridge.
Location was quite central and interesting
Good range of breakfast options
Pink bedroom!.
Good location, yet hard to find for a newcomer. Monika met us at a vaporetto station.
position in friendly area with plenty of local people and events.
The only negative is for Americans. There is no air conditioning. So, if
you are used to ac, there isn't any. You can leave the windows open
at night to get some cool air that the ceiling fan circulates to keep
you cool and comfortable. However, there are no screens so you will be
visited by mosquitoes throughout the night with the resultant bug bites
and itching in the morning.
A bit difficult to find when arriving in Venice but if you find the Natural History Museum (which is quite well sign posted) it's just around the corner.
Nothing.
That we didn't stay longer.
The only thing I wish the place offered was air conditioning. One ceiling fan was not enough to overcome the heat and humidity of Venice. Haha.
1 toilet and 1 toilet + bathroom shared with 4 rooms, so may have to wait a bit to bathe at night.
The furniture.
I asked a double room, and I got a twin one.
It's a little hard to find the location, but you can check the letter from the hostel first.
Some kind of limitations regarding check in, but nothing really really important.
pretty hard to find...but where is easy to locate in Venice?.
creaky door
stair to climb.
no wifi.
Only one shower for 4 rooms.
We had to pay Eu 20 plus because our check-in occured after 19:00 o'clock. This extra charge wasn't displayed in the letsbookhotel.com page of this Hotel.
Directions to find this location needs to be better, the entire area is called Santa Croce?.
It is actually a family hotel. It is difficult to find it. It is also difficult to take a shower when we return to the room at night because there are many people but only one bathroom.
Bed was a bit thin as were the pillows!
Lots of stairs (leave the heavy bags behind).
Owner charged us 20 E for coming after 7pm. The place is new, and the owners have a great deal to learn the correct ways to treat the guests.
poor breakfast, no fresh bread-
poor sound insulation.
