  Everything!!! We booked a lake view room and they gave us a suite. Practically every window and balcony/deck gives fabulous views of the lake. We have never before experienced such peace, tranquility and beauty. The hotel staff is fluent in several languages, including English. They were extremely gracious and helpful in all aspects. We would... что говорят » recommend this hotel to anyone! - The staff were most pleasant and cooperative. Recommendations on restaurants were good and explanations of the lake boat system were very helpful. The one evening meal we had at the hotel was very good and the prices were most reasonable. We would stay here again any time we are in the Lake Como area.
