  The rooms were beautiful and the tilework and decor were outstanding. The room with the large bed was great- but the twin beds were really too small for adults and the mattresses were too hard.   The owner and his family were extraordinarily kind - nothing was too much trouble for them. They even gave us an exceptionally early breakfast when our plans for the day required an early start. We were very impressed that they were watching out for our arrival and from then on they set the tone of being as helpful as it was possible to be, even ... что говорят » baking cakes for breakfast that they knew we especially liked. The breakfasts were wonderful - a huge choice, and scrambled eggs were especially cooke - The space was clean and well kept. Very comfortable and conveniently located. Safety never an issue (felt very safe). Owner of property and family wonderful, accommodating, and very helpful. Located near the train ( short walk) and only small fee to travel into Rome by train. Excellent dining, friendly locals. Highly recommend staying at this wonderful B and B. Some traffic noise, but even that ended by 2100. Would love to stay again!

  The hotel is in a good location close to all attractions. Personally, I was left with a very good impression of the hotel and the staff who were so welcoming and kind. It was further more than I expected staying in a hotel. Location is right in the central square. Parking is no charge, - hotel gives a "Travel pass". Breakfast is typically italian (two big croissants and coffe/tea), but was enough.   Понравилось абсолютно все! Расположение отличное- легко найти. Номер интересно оформлен хозяином гостиницы Пино, на стенах висят его картины. Номер просторный, кровать двухспальная, комфортная. Есть небольшая кухонка. завтрак был превосходный!Хозяин нам устроил небольшую экскурсию по городу, после чего свозил нас на своей машине ( она нас особо вп... что говорят » ечатлила) на виллу Адриано. - This was the most amazing hotel. It seemed to only have two rooms, but the rooms were superbly decorated by Pino, one of the owners. He and his wife Giulia were kind and welcoming. They were filled with helpful information and fun stories. The breakfast was also a delight! It was very close to Villa D'Este and Villa Gregoriana (a lesser known, but really breathtaking site) and quite easy to get to Hadrian's Villa on the number four bus (buy your ticket before you get on!).
