  We were an elderly mother, with daughter and friend traveling together. We all liked our stay immensely. The B&B manager/owner lives on the property. He is friendly, extremely knowledgeable, informative, and responsive.   The owner and his daughter were very friendly and helpful to us. The location is excellent since it is in the center of Sulmona and one can easily walk around the beautiful town. It is also easy access to the mountains. The facilities is not fancy but basic and clean. The room we had was a very nice size, good wifi too. It worked.   The Santa Chiara is in an ideal location close to the historic centre of Sulmona. It is a renovated mansion just. Staff were warm, hospitable, and accomodating. Many amenities are within walking distance: groceries, laundry, bicycle rental, banks etc. Parking was ample. - The Landlady was very helpful and could not do enough to help.   We really enjoyed our stay at B&B Del Teatro. From the beginning, our hosts were very helpful, even accompanying us to find parking. The apartment was huge with two big bedrooms, a kitchen and sitting area. The breakfast was plentiful and it was nice to have use of a full kitchen.
