  My daughter and I had an incredible, relaxing time at Villa Pane. Last year I stayed in a hotel in Sorrento but this was much much better. We had a large, clean room with terrace and an amazing view of the Bay but the best thing was the hospitality of the family and the staff. I can also really recommend dinner in the evening. We also took - Villa Pane felt like home! Gianluigi and Ana Maria were so welcoming. Their villa is beautiful surrounded by the hills of Sorrento with lemon, fig, olive, orange trees everywhere. The walk to town is stunning, although Gianluigi is always ready to shuttle guests to and from the villa. Another fabulous bonus is the food served!   Maison Tofani is the best kept secret in Sorrento. The staff were exceptional, especially Giovanni who collected our hire car on the morning we were leaving as the garage did not open until after we wanted to leave. Maria the owner cooks amazing cakes and pastries for breakfast which was the best breakfast we had in Italy. Giovanni - We stayed 6 nights in Maison Tofani which is a great little hotel in the historical centre of Sorrento, decorated in the best Italian style. We had a large room with a big bed, a sofa and armchairs, a bathroom with shower - and free wifi! The room overlooked the narrow shopping street. We had a small table and two chairs on the minute balcony where we could watch the world go by. The windows were well insulated as we weren't disturbed by noise.
