I really like this Hotel. The best value of this Hotel is Staff. All of
them were friendly and very helpful from the beginning when I made a
call for the shuttle from airport and till the end when I leaved the
Hotel and manager on duty helped me take the shuttle to the airport. I
can recomend this Hotel as for short stay between flights as for Milan
area visit.

Very friendly owners that went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. Healthy breakfast options as well as pastries. They offer pick and drop-off to the local station or to Milan's Malpensa airport, so it was very convenient and easy, even with early flights &luggage, and a 1 hour train ride into Milan. Everything, the owners do not speak English but their friendliness and willingness to please cannot be surpassed.
The property both inside and outside is first class and the array of food available for breakfast, albeit continental is excellent. We only stayed one night but would certainly stay longer and use it as a base to tour the area.

This hotel is one of the best 4 stars where I have ever been until now.Stuff competent,helpful and friendly .internet for free. Great breakfastand very good restaurant. Bus service from /to the airport free. Parkingcovered free. High quality products in the bathroom (Neutrogena). Bedcomfortable, no noise, tea coffee facilities in the room for free.

We we arrived the receptionist scheduled our shuttle to airport the following morning. Room was clean, energy efficient, and had the best pillows our of my entire trip to Italy. Food was great too! This hotel was outstanding. It was close to the Malpenza airport, had covered garage parking at no cost and had shuttle service. I booked this hotel for my mother and myself (mature adult daughter)
because our flight arrived in Milan well after 10pm and we were flying
home the next morning. The convenience of already being at the airport
when we awakened was priceless. What a wonderful hotel! Unfortunately,

After being given mis-directions to Malpensa, we finally arrived at the
terminal three hours after we arrived in Milan (they sent us to Bergamo
instead of Malpensa). I was very tired and cranky when I arrived at the
airport. I was looking for any indication of the shuttle bus to the
Sheraton when I realized that the Sheraton was actually part of the
terminal. It could not have been more convenient! Our room was spacious,
clean, and beautifully appointed...a real contrast to most European
hotels
