A wonderful B&B in an ancient building near the Duomo. Spotlessly clean and modern rooms with ensuite bathrooms. My husband and I and two friends stayed in 2 of its 3 rooms. Large pleasant "dining room" where our "host" Alberto set out a lovely breakfast with a variety of fruit, meats, cheeses, eggs, yogurt, cakes and pastries, etc., and made us coffee and tea. We enjoyed everything at the apartment, the view was amazing and the
apartment was well equipped and very clean.
We were welcomed by Roberta, a colleague to Ennio, who was SO nice and wonderful. She had stayed up way after midnight to let us in,
and she was so kind a funny to talk to.
The steps up to the place is of course hard, but what do you expect when renting a place on 4th floor – just enjoy the old building!

This is a very nice, very modern apartment. The land lady lives on the floor above and was very helpful. The apartment is on the second floor and shares the floor with a lawyer's office. It is one block from the bus stop from Florence and a 10 minute walk from the Campo and a very nice grocery store. I would definitely stay here again. -

A wonderful hotel with excellent facilities including a swimming pool and lovely views of Sienna. We got excellent service from all the staff, especially the receptionists and the barman who has a great sense of humour and taste in music. - We loved the friendly environment and felt that this was the best value for our entire 15 day stay in Italy.

The restaurant at the hotel was absolutly splendid with food at a absolutly high level - should be highlighted! Great garden. - Staff were very helpful and it is good value for money.
