  The staff were all pleasant and helpful, the location incredible, really central and beautiful architecture, homely room, breakfast was fantastic consistently. full of happy guests! - the staff went out their way to ensure we had breakfast before we left early for train. They started earlier to enable us to do this.

  I spent 3 nights in this b&b. The room was very stylish and comfortable. It had everything we needed - including toothpaste when we ran out of our own. The bed was very comfortable, crisp and romantic with dreamy gauze on the 4 posts. We were here May 24th - 27th. The weather was quite cool fo - A wonderful B&B in an ancient building near the Duomo. Spotlessly clean and modern rooms with ensuite bathrooms. My husband and I and two friends stayed in 2 of its 3 rooms. Large pleasant "dining room" where our "host" Alberto set out a lovely breakfast with a variety of fruit, meats, cheeses, eggs, yogurt, cakes and pastries, etc., and made us coffee and tea.   Be sure to ask for the room on the upper floors with a view. The view is spectacular from up there and the walk up (no elevator) is worth the hike. The breakfast is good and the people polite. You are right in the center of the old town and the evening bar next door is good for a nightcap or snack. Safe place even late at night and the bag storage ... что говорят » upon leaving was great.   It's a brand new place furnished with exceptional taste. Charming old villa with a large beautiful garden at the guest's disposal. Superb breakfast, and great location. The service and the warm, friendly welcome was truely unique! I would not only widely recommend this place to anyone but already planning our return. Rooms were spacious, and shared bathroom was large and modern. Only 3 rooms in the villa means not a lot of people going in and out. Our hostess was very enthusiastic and helpful and served us breakfast in the garden. We loved the location just outside the city walls but only 10 mins. walk.
