Loved Pino, the owner!! He was there at a moment's notice if we needed anything and so helpful. He gave a recommendation for dinner and it was the best place for food and value we ate during the 3 days in Roma. The beds were actually very comfortable and the room was not only decorated nicely, but very clean and comfortable with maid service.

Everything about this B&B was perfect.
- Good location near the centre of Rome (I could visit everything on foot).
- The owner is very friendly.
- The room is clean and big, i even had a balcony.
- Very safe neighbourhood, important to me, as i'm a single woman travelling alone.
- Rome is a beautiful city, i'm sure i will return and definitly i'll stay here again.

The LOCATION was fabulous! Just a short 10 block walk to the vatican/Tiber river.... I could walk to almost any amazing site/area within 30 minutes to an hour, and the Metro station for the cities great subway system, is about 8 short blocks away.

Location was tranquil, the rooms were spacious, the availability of a kitchen to cook - Staff were excellent, as was proximity to small convenience store and public transport, some cheap but good eateries nearby. Not too far away from the city centre, and definitely excellent for trips to St Peter's. Plus the rooms were huge, bright and clean.

The cleanliness of the room was excellent, the novelty and ease of choosing CDs for your room, the lovely decor in the rooms and the helpfulness of all staff, including the manager must be emphasised as this was exemplary. We stayed in the apartment which was really lovely and completely seperate from the b&b. located really close to the Vatican and on top of the 64 bus route to get from the main termini station easily. The lounge was made up with a sofa bed and the bedroom was a really nice size. -

Really pleased we chose to stay here for our 2 nights in Rome!
It's a 2 minute walk from the metro station. Probably best to print a map before you come because there isnt a huge sign, its a ground floor appartment in a big residential building.
Reception staff gave us a map of Rome, and hepled us plan where we wanted to go and where was best to eat etc.
Great air con, wifi good. Nice shower.

Номера хорошие, чистые, относительно просторные с большими ванными комнатами, в которых душ.
В отеле тихо и красиво, персонал приветливый и не назойливый.
Стоянка у отеля бесплатная, так же как и беспроводной интернет (Wi-fi) по всему отелю, хотя в описании отеля написано, что интернет платный.

The family room had enough space for 3 adults and 3 kids. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and professional. Free parking was a definite bonus--plenty of space. The breakfast was adequate with plenty of choice. We would stay here again. It was nice to get out of the craziness of the city.
