  Very pleasant and helpful staff in this very modern hotel. Rooms are well appointed if a little starkly white and black in decor. Lovely breakfast served until 11.00 which was welcome as we had had a tiring journey. A glass of delicious white wine, a pot of black tea with lemon, olive - Nice modern clean hotel with comfortable rooms. Excellent location next to train station, and close to the beach and port for boats to Portofino. Great staff that helped with our plans for exploring Cinque Terre. il Nostromo is a great restaurant in the street infront of the hotel (Tuna Tartar for appetizer, Pistachio crusted fish for main course and Tiramisu for dessert - Best meal of the trip).

  Great location on the strand--nice room overlooking the water.Good breakfast with a nice selection of cold buffet, you can also ask for hot bacon and eggs, etc for a small bit extra - The access to both the restaurant and Bar, again the staff were very polite and helpful without being inappropriate.
