  Location was great, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We arrived early well before check in and they made sure our room was ready within an hour. The rooms are lovely, clean and modern, the bed was very comfortable. - The hotel is stylish and comfy all at once. The ceiling is very cool.   Babu stood up for his reputation being an excelent host. Room is spacious, clean, simple and eficient, relaxing big double bed, bathroom clean and large. Tv + a/c very good. Also wifi connection. The location is excellent. 3 blocks from termini. I searched Google Earth before and it was easy to get there.   The hotel is about 15 minute walk from the main train station Termini which can be used to explore all of Rome. The Hotel is 4 star and it shows. The breakfast was excellent and the service outstanding. We actually didn't have a hotel room but stayed at the Apartments managed by the hotel (400 metres) away.
