The room is big enough (Europe standard), the bed is absolutely comfortable and the shower is mmmmmmm... what a great experience after walking Rome. The bathroom, the huge TV, the DVD... everything is new and modern. Really clean. The coffee and tea facilities are very good to take something quikcly and start exploring Rome without delay. The staff was really kind and helpful.

Location was tranquil, the rooms were spacious, the availability of a kitchen to cook - Staff were excellent, as was proximity to small convenience store and public transport, some cheap but good eateries nearby. Not too far away from the city centre, and definitely excellent for trips to St Peter's. Plus the rooms were huge, bright and clean.

We thought that the hotel was great! The stove in the room was handy and the rooftop terrace was perfect for eating dinner or for drinks at night. Although small, our room was very clean and comfortable. - the stuff was very friendly and willing to give you any info.

We were recommended by a colleague at work that the "Be First B&B" was the ideal place to book for a citytrip to Rome, and I will certainly recommend it to all our friends when they plan visiting Rome. An inconvenience may be that, in caseof late arrival, one needs to phone the staff and wait for the staff todo the check-in, but in our case we waited 10 minutes and it was ok.Services/facilities: all in order, clean and working well. The location was nice and the hotel was fairly easy to find. The staff was also friendly and offered to carry our luggages inside. The building has this nice old-style elevator which can be a nuisance for some people (it's quite small) but it's enough for the luggage which is nice. -
