The staff were very helpful, polite and courteous. They had a lot of local knowledge which was very helpful. The breakfast provided had the most variety I have ever seen served at a hotel. And they were all very tasty and of a high standard.

The service was excellent. I was was ill the first day of my stay and the staff went to the pharmacy to get medication and even offered to call in a doctor. Breakfast was great and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet so if ur looking to relax after the many tours then this place is for you. -

Really pleased we chose to stay here for our 2 nights in Rome!
It's a 2 minute walk from the metro station. Probably best to print a map before you come because there isnt a huge sign, its a ground floor appartment in a big residential building.
Reception staff gave us a map of Rome, and hepled us plan where we wanted to go and where was best to eat etc.
Great air con, wifi good. Nice shower.

We stayed in the Presidential suite, so our frame for description starts
out pretty positive! First off, the location was perfect. From the
Piazza del Gesu you can walk everywhere on your tourist map. The only
time we cabbed was to go back and forth to the Vatican. The service was
excellent. We had some difficulty with the guy at the desk and no
English, but it just added to the charm of knowing you were in Italy.
The breakfast was enormous and catered to gluten free (as does everyone
in Rome)

All of the main sites were within walking distance, only the Vatican was a bit far, but we used the tour bus on our visit. The staff were fantastic and very helpful. I liked my room a lot. It was more than comfortable. The bathroom was nice, but not having a shower curtain or door took a bit of getting used to. I didn't like splashing water all over the bathroom floor. This hotel had a blow dryer that worked well. For the most part, most hotels tend to offer those old 1970 blow dryers that are more like hoses
