Though it was a little loudly in the night outside the appartments (because of some rare cars passing by), we liked the appartments very much. We had a fantastic stay at the Alba Romana B&B - the rooms and communal spaces were well decorated and comfortable, and Roberto and his daughter made us feel very welcome! Although it's not in the city centre, the main attractions are only a 20 minute tram or bus journey away and there's very nice (and reasonably priced) restaurants and gellatos nearby. We had a great stay here and would strongly recommend it to others.

Our 4-day stay in Rome was amazing thanks to the great location of the B&B and our priceless host, Massimo. All the major sites (St. Peter’s Basilica, Vatican Museums, Colosseum, Fontana di Trevi, Piazza Navona, Piazza De’ Fiori, Piazza Spagna etc.) are within walking distance from the B&B, so you are not depending on public transportation

Gianluca our host could not be more welcoming or helpful. Nothing was too much. Planning walks to make the best use of time and packing in the sites, recommending local restaurants etc. Casa Martini was a fantastic location, within walking distance to all the sites but also close to the metro if you want to save your legs . It is modern and very well appointed. We loved the fact we had the use of a kitchen if we wanted fully stocked with tea, coffee, milk and cookies!

The owner Alex is absolutely friendly and his hints and tipps are in any case of great help and value. His B&B is very modern, absolutely clean and from high standard. Kind and helpful owner, who gave us many recommendations for Rome and managed to give us a free ride to the station on departure.
Very modern, clean and nice looking room and bathroom.
In good reaching distance to the city by bus.
Good coffee at the breakfast.
Although we did not like the breakfast Alex was very zealous to do the best he could - he even got some lactose-free milk for us when he heard one of us does not tolerate lactose although we did not ask him for it.

В отеле понравилось абсолютно всё! Домашняя обстановка, милый балкончик, хорошая постель. Район тихий и спокойный, что не мало важно для Рима. До Ватикана 15 мин. пешком. До станции метро - 10 мин. Рядом не плохие магазины. Отдельное спасибо Джоанне и Клаудио, очень дружелюбные, милые и приветливые люди. The staff were very helpful, polite and courteous. They had a lot of local knowledge which was very helpful. The breakfast provided had the most variety I have ever seen served at a hotel. And they were all very tasty and of a high standard.
