The residential complex is composed of 65 rooms and apartments, all of which are finely-furnished and are equipped with a terrace or garden. When you are not visiting the Eternal City, you could make use of the hotel’s 3 tennis courts with flood lights, or unwind in the ample swimming pool.
In the evening, stroll to the Club House in the centre of the complex which boasts a plasma TV and lounge where you can sip wine with friends by the big fireplace.

ELEONORA the Manager, she was excellent 10 out 10. Its location to the Airport 4.6 KM 7 minutes and the easy access to the Merto B Line 15 minutes by car. The comfortable and spacious lodgings and the friendly staff.As a Whole, This hotel really offer Excellent Value for Money. With theprice I get I believe it is almost impossible to have 2 rooms, withkitchen, Washing Machine living Rome and not so far From Rome. But stillthis is really a god offer. For me this place is really excellent tostay for group or family that plan to visit Rome but don't plan to stayIn the city. # afam. все обзоры »
location for our purpose. Tha apatment look nice, it was big. It's smells bad. It was very close to the airport and plenty of space for both families.No but your details must include the need for your own transport as the bus 702 to the merto B is at the village about 800 metres on a country road with no footpaths. Is not really easy to find this Hotel even though it just exit 24 fromgra. Suggest to put Main Sign board before the the road heading to theHotel. Tennis court was not well maintain and location a bit far fromRome but u still can drive and park your car at the nearest metro-Laurentina. Reception don't really can speak English. But still overallthis hotel offer excellent value for money.# Afam. lack of availabiility of staff. The hotel have a pool, but they did not say that it will be open between 10 am -4 pm. If you go visit Rome you will not be able to use these pool.There was a kitchen , you supose to wash the dishes, but was no washing products.It was almost impossible to find - there was no sign. There was a peculiar smell in the sitting room. When we arrived there was nobody there to let us in (even though we were within the agreed arrival time) and we were lucky to find a kind women who phoned the reception women and asked her to come back otherwise we would have had to try to find somewhere else to stay.
