  The super friendly and helpful host Luciana speaks no English at all. Most of the time I have to communicate with her using body language or Google translate. But this does not stop me enjoying my stay. She is doing her very best to make sure I am pampered like a king. The room is impeccably decorated and super clean. In fact, my girlfriend and I am plotting to return here with friends to take advantage of the nearby rock climbing and mountain biking. Our room was beautiful and clean. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly and went above and beyond the call of duty to answer our questions about local transportation. Breakfast was delicious.   I liked everything: the hotel was simple but comfortable and very clean. And the owner, Signora Ferrari, is very nice and helpful, she took car of me during the whole week. The hotel is from the 50's but it is in very good condition and clean. There is a nice swimming pool and a garden. J'ai tout aimé à l'hotel Diana: - The hotel provides good quality services and equipment which you can find in many other hotels like this. But only in Diana hotel you will find warm welcome and you will feel nearly as a family member. Далековато от озера, но для "посмотреть городок и озеро", как было нам - вполне - при наличии авто (последний автобус в Рива- дель- Гарда от отеля в 20.00). Their restaurant has delicious food and is priced very reasonably! The hotel is not expensive compared to others in the area and the breakfast served in the mornings is delicious! The beds are extremely comfortable. I loved the tile floor in the rooms. Though the hotel is 3 kilometers away from Riva del Garda, there is a bus stop conveniently located next to hotel that costs one euro to go into Riva. There - Nice location even if its a bit out of town, service oriented staff, clean room, satisfied breakfast. We didn't eat there dinner, but they served very good food.

  Понравилось отношение персонала, приехали в город поздно, опоздали на чекин - нас встретили, довезли на машине до самой двери отеля. Уютный номер, убираются каждый день, пригодилась горячая батарея в ванной в дождливую погоду, отличные завтраки. Прямо в здании отеля находится недорогая траттория. - Все понравилось !
