The building seamed newly renovated, with the furniture and apliances brand new.   Nicely situated B&B in Valtournenche, ski resort connected with Cervinia and Zermatt. We stayed in a family room suitable for 2 adults and 2 children; nicely equipped. Valtournenche has a number of bars, a few re - The room was fantastic, big, comfortable and spotless. There was an enormous terrace with chairs, tables and loungers and clothes drying racks off bedroom. The communal food prep area (no cooking allowed) and lounge area was spot on too and meant you didn't have to eat out every night. Most of all the staff were wonderful.. So helpful and efficient.

  A wonderful hotel in a beautiful valley. Our room had THE view to the Glacier to greet us every morning from bed. Amazing breakfast with anything cooked to order if you ask. Pastries to die for.   The Pilier D'Angle is a very well run family hotel where you are made to feel welcome and nothing is too much trouble. The hotel provides transport to and from the Val Veny Cablecar and this makes travelling to and from the slopes easy and straightforward. The skiing in Courmayeur is good though might get a bit dull if staying a week so we skiied in both Pila and - We had a nice room in the chalet with a lovely mountain view from the balcony. The food in the restaurant was delicious and the wines [local] were excellent. Entreves is a very attractive village and it's very pleasant to walk around the older part, very near the hotel. We will be returning here as it's so well placed for the Mont Blanc tunnel and the journey back to the UK.
