  The staff was very nice. Our room and bathroom were both nice and large for my sister and I, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast area was sweet, and everything was supplied for a nice meal in the mornings.   The resident is very close to Florence, we had a rental car but did not use it because there was a bus station 100m away, took us about 15 min' to arrive florence's center. Moreover the staff was very kind and helpful, especially Fabrizia! Breakfest was nice with good quality materials and the coffee was great(it is Italy after all). For conclusion, a great value pe - The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help. The rooms are very large and modern and the breakfast is very nice. The b&b is about 15 mins by car into Florence or say 20 mins on the bus. There is a bus stop just outside of the accomodation. In addition we had a very nice meal at a restaraunt about 400 metres from the b&bB on the main road to Florence which was run by a family originally from Inverness.

  The hotel is situated in the center of Arezzo and very near to the train station (walking distance). The facilities are very good, the room is welcoming, clean and nice. I had also a nice balcony. The staff is very polite and nice. The internet in the room is fast and working well. - The owner/ operator Anika was awesome. She was extremely helpful above & beyond. An excellent restaurant was just across the street and we were easily able to walk the historical Arezzo area from the hotel.
