Packed with fami - We stayed in a very spacios family room in this caracter house just outside Favara, whcih is only a 10 minute drive away from the Valley of the Temples. The owner is most gratious and did everything possible to ensure a memorable stay for us and other guests. A family run Italian restaurant he recommended in Favara (King Bar) was very authentic and non-touristy. The house is spotlessly clean and breakfast which is served on a terrace is absolutely fantastic.Kids loved to play with the two dogs,

  We adored this hotel. It's beautifully decorated with antiques etc. The location is perfect for the old part of Taormina and they run bus transfers to a couple of beaches for €8 and €10. If you arrive by bus and are unfamiliar with Taormina we recommend getting a cab to the hotel as it would be difficult to find initially. In fact as soon as we would arrive in reception they would leave whatever work they wer - Wonderfully helpful and friendly staff - a very pretty, small and intimate hotel. It had a very nice terrace area for relaxing in the heat of the afternoon and our room had its own private terrace too. Breakfast was extremely good, with lots of choice and some local specialities which we liked very much. Quiet, but convenient for the centre of Taormina.

  Rooms very comfortable and clean, with 2 bathrooms in the 3-bed room and large roof-top terrace in the 2-bed room - superb! Very nice and helpful staff. Fantastic location in old town. Although parking was almost 1km away, they arranged a free shuttle which worked really well. Breakfast was fresh and had a very good selection. The atmosphere, the staff, the location, very close to the sea (some minutes by car, and possibility to have a shuttle to and from beaches) and really very very excellent restaurant (the chef is really great!).   The location of the Hotel was great - just 15min walk to Ibla and in the center of all other attractions of Ragusa, opposite to the cathedral. The Hotel it self is in one of the old palaces. The service was great, especially the receptionist Michele, who was at our disposal for any questions or recommendations. We truly recommend this wonderful Hotel, and will visit again - The hotel is up hill on new Ragusa area. The service is 5 stars, breakfast is good, rooms are very cute and well decorated, very romantic. We were there just for 1 night and were very impressed with the quality of service. The hotel was a antique house of upscale family from old times turned into a hotel. It is very charming and you can walk around the hotel and imagine how life used to be in the past in that house.
