  The staff was great, the wifi worked really well, the location was excellent for walking to Roma Termini, Colosseum, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain etc. There's also a close metro stop or Roma Termini if you want to metro to Vatican City.   Loved having breakfast delivered to our room at a time that we specified. It was quiet, within walking distance to all major sites and all staff was great but you would be hard pressed to find anyone more helpful than Rosanna. No matter what we inquired about she got us the info and even looked after our bookings, taxi's, restaurants, etc and we c... что говорят » an't say enough good things about her. And the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful with suggestions of what to do and where to go. Giulia (the owner) did a soft sell on me for her custom-made jewelry, and won me over. My wife was very happy with the ear rings. Thanks! Though no tea/coffee making in room, just had to ask and espresso was delivered, gratis. A nice touch.

  Second time we stayed here-everything was great and we even got the same room we had previously!!The only issue was that the shower door was broken but everyone couldn't have been more helpful to get it fixed as quickly as possible so there was no problem!
