  We've stayed in hotels all over the world, and I have to say that this was one of our favorites. The price can't be beat for such a wonderful stay! There were bathrobes and slippers for each guest, the beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were fabulous, especially the shower. The manager and staff were so friendly and helpful. They even brought out hot chocolate f - The customer service is one of the best I've seen in many years. We were running late and about 20:00 the hotel contacted me to know if we were coming before they close the reception at 21:00 and also to know if we wanted to have dinner upon our arrival.   First of all we like the beautiful view of Nembro and Bergamo city. The hotel's location is perfect and the building is excellent. We have visited it for second time and we will visit it again next year. A swimming pool would make it more fantastic hotel. - The very cosy hotel with the wonderful position.
