Everything. From the moment we booked, we were treated like first class clients with an introductory email sent to us to thank us for booking, asking us if there was anything they could do to help. We really loved the warm welcome from Uta and Francesco, quite
overwhelming! Nice little upgrade to the junior suite which overlooked
the quiet rear courtyard. We were offered eating suggestions for Bergamo
and a little map, umbrella incase etc. Just so helpful in everyway The
location of the hotel was ideal walking distance to city alta .Fantastic
views and nice little bars/restaurants.

Very good location for Garda area as well as for Verona and even Venice visits.
Anna and Stephan are totally devoted for the guests and would go all the way to help.
Room was spacious and equipped with a kitchennette.
Breakfast is great.
Free Wi-Fi makes things even better. -

We have spent two days at Lefay hotel in Gargnano, a spectacular five star hotel over the hills surrounding Garda lake. The moment we arrived we were made feel very welcome. Staff super friendly. The location and the views of the place are stunning. The hotels has great facilities, spa, pools etc...
Room very spacious and clean.
The best breakfast buffet we've ever had in a resort.

The perfect combination of a 4-5 star hotel (for the parents) with a child-friendly environment. The diner formula is simply the best I ever encountered. - We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Residence Domaso was a complete hit with us. It was our first time to the Italian lakes and my son had wanted to go to Garda but we loved our holiday here and thought lake Como fantastic!
The apartment was well designed, we loved that we could still get british tv from our apartment ( very sad I know) and above all we loved the personal touch that the family that run the Residence gave and the attention to detail. The pool and spa area was great and I thought the old part of Domaso was beaut

First of all we like the beautiful view of Nembro and Bergamo city. The hotel's location is perfect and the building is excellent. We have visited it for second time and we will visit it again next year. A swimming pool would make it more fantastic hotel. - The very cosy hotel with the wonderful position.
