  The hotel was very nice. There were lots of facilities including cooker, crockery, cutlery, washing machine, dish washer, sitting area, dining area, sky tv. We only stayed the one night therefore too many facilities for a one night stay. Would have been better with a bigger bedroom for the short stayers. Definately a small quaint village. - Staff is very polite, excellent service, we had the car to the slopes and return, free of charge in 2 minutes after calling for this kind of service. Brilliant service, very good people around, breakfast is really good, double Italian espresso were always offered including the best strudel in the world. Rooms were cleaned 2 times a day, free mini bar. Just brilliant

  Beautiful located Residence (200 m above Lake Como) with a marvelous view over the lake which immediately gets you into the right “holiday mood” and lets you forget the narrow access road. Gorgeous views. Pool looked fab, but too cold in April. My 11 year old daughter loved the hot tub (inside). Very good standard of furnishing, fixtures etc, and little touches like the wine, fruit basket and washing up liquid we're nice.

  We had the most memorable stay in a wonderful hotel. From the oringinal booking to the day of our arrival, the attention to detail and help to organize a few extras for a special ocassion it was all no trouble and all was done with professionalisim and care.   Wonderful situation and lovely in the autumn. Marvellous grounds, access to the lake, lots of different places to walk and to enjoy the views.Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Very peaceful, but walk outside the grounds into Sirmioneand there's lots of activity ! - the Villa Cortine is an outstanding place to simply relax and enjoy life.
