  Patrizia (the manager) and Loredana (the breakfast cook) were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Breakfast was comprehensive. The room was large and comfortable although sparsely furnished.   The staff were extremely friendly. They were very welcoming and assisting, especially towards our three young children. The place is very clean and the owners take a lot of pride in ensuring that this is maintained. The rooms were of good size and the facilities were all in very good order. The spa is fantastic. The apartment was well designed, we loved that we could still get british tv from our apartment ( very sad I know) and above all we loved the personal touch that the family that run the Residence gave and the attention to detail.   The location is spectacular - our room had a balcony overlooking the lake - wonderful. The evening meal was memorable with the"help yourself" brandy/liqueur/malt trolley totally unique! - very modern and nice room and bathroom with balcony, fantastic view. great restaurant and wounderful very friendly family service. great for motorbikes too.

The staff were very welcoming and attentive. The room (246) faced the lake. We upgraded to a suite, which was well worth it (for the extra few euros it cost)
