  The woman who worked the desk was amazing and very helpful. My boyfriend is German and I English and she knew more German than English so it worked out well. Our car wouldn't start and she helped us find a friendly automotive shop who came to us. Plus, we had a garge space so it was perfect! The room had a big balcony and a big kitchen.   This hotel is really lovely. The staff is over-the-top helpful. I've never provided an after service comment - but in this case it seemed necessary. Services like the free shuttle and free use of the spa made us all feel very pampered. We will return. Finally, the beach in Levanto was the best we could find in the whole area. We will go back to the Park Hotel Argento. - The Park Argento is a superb hotel with every modern comfort, which is extremely well run and beautifully located. Staff and management pay attention to every small detail, yet maintain a casual relaxed atmosphere for guests. A shuttle is supplied to and from Levanto, but it is also a mere 4 minute walk to the station and about a 7 minute walk to the town center ... we are 63 and 67 years old. We will recommend this hotel to everyone we know who wants to have an outstanding stay in the Cinque T

  The hotel was absolutely beautiful and the personnel extremely helpful. The room, facilities, and hotel restaurants were great. The location was very close to shopping, restaurants, buses and trains. A great stay!! - the setting really is a full blown palace - and the staff are really down to earth, friendly, helpful and fun!

  This hotel is a brilliant jewel in a treasure-chest of shiny ornaments. The staff are exceptional, and I say that to each without exception. Please pass on my gratitude to all. The sea view was an absolute joy (and I thank you for extra-large balcony, it felt wonderfully luxurious to sit there). Good location just across the street from bagni and also close to the boat terminal to Portofino and 5terre. The garden at the back of the hotel is truly outstanding. One can easily spend the whole day at the hotel without getting bored. Great restaurant terrace with view to the sea. I did not try the pool but it also looked impressive. Room design was lovely and service impeccable.

  Sabrina and her mother were very accommodating and friendly and gave excellent advice regarding hiking and recommendations for restaurants. We arrived early and they were able to store our luggage and offered us coffee and a snack. The breakfast was wonderful and huge! It was like eating two full meals. Although previous comments were concerned with the shuttle, we took it t - This bed and breakfast was in a quiet and picturesque location with amazing ocean views and beautifully decorated rooms Our hosts, Fannie and Sabrina were extremely friendly and accomodating and made delicious breakfasts each morning and thoughtfully left fruit or snacks in our room each day. They even prepared an early breakfast for us on our departure date. We will definitely stay here should we have the opportunity to visit Monterosso again.

  Very nice hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were not big but nice and with comfortable beds. Even the bed-sofa, which is unusual in my experience. We asked when we booked for a room with a sea view and we got one! Nice location right on the board walk. The hotel restaurant served excellent food. If you want a nice stay and... что говорят » is prepared to pay the extra €50 a night, this is the place. - We booked a room with balcony but were initially given a small room with no balcony on 1st floor - not pleasant. When challenged we were offered 'the last' room with balcony which was much much better. We had to produce our booking receipt to avoid being charged more. Refurbished nicely. Good breakfast.
