  It was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. The staff was unbelievably courteous and helpful. The room was spotless clean and the mini bar was free of charge. The hotel itself is modern and fun - I absolutely loved staying at this hotel, it was actually the best find in my 18 day trip through gorgeous Italy. From the sincere warm reception at arrival, to the extra comfortable mattress, the super soft sheets, over-sized towels in the bathroom, to the beautiful buffet breakfast, Giga hotel was for my daughter and I a home away from home.
