The service was good at night when needed. - accessibility from roma termini, english speaking and helpful front desk personnel, adequate breakfast. The reason I chose this hotel was the fabulous location - when in Rome,I spend most of my time at the ancient monuments, and this place is right at the bottom of the via Cavour, literally a minute or two from the Roman and Imperial Fora. Once we arrived the staff was prompt and happy to greet us. Though we didn't speak Italian they spoke enough English to communicate perfectly. The stay was great, we decided we needed to stay a second night without booking it and they ensured me it wasn't a problem offering me the same rate. Ana Paola and Luigi were extremely polite and helpful. The location is right dead in the heart of Ancient Rome, absolutely amazing for the price. Tons of restaurants and bars close as well.

The ability to chill on the balcony with prosecco and nibbles purchased from the supermarket we passed walking back from the train station after a busy few hours in Roma. Train takes 30 mins and the ticket 1.5 Euro taking you anywhere in Rome, We will definitely return when we need a Rome fix, choosing to stay in Ostia fir the chill.

The staffs there were very friendly. Also, it was very very clean and comfortable. Its bed, its bathroom, its TV, its small refrigerator, .... are great.
Its restaurant and the quality of their foods and the price is amazing. I suggest that try it. Only note that if you want to check in after 2PM they serve lunch until 2PM. So, if you want to eat

Good location in a quiet place (no noise, no traffic) for those who travel by car but do not want to use the car in Rome: there is hotel’s free garage and pedestrian access (20 min) to metro Batistini. Service, room and breakfast are good.

Were a big help in getting a van for our party of 8 to get to the airport on time!!
