  The staff was amazing, extremely helpful, always smiling and attentive. The location was not bad, although restaurants around were not that great but it was a nice walk to piazza spagna and the shopping area which was very convenient. - Everything, great location, 3 minute walk to villa borghese and 10 minute walk to fontana di trevi and spanish ... что говорят » steps.   The staff were absolutely brilliant from the moment we stopped the car outside the hotel to the moment we left. The restaurant manager was brilliant and helpful with the language ( we were English speaking ) and also the menu etc. Nothing was a problem and they had a big conference on at the same time.   Сложно сказать,так как отдыхали мои близкие,а подбирала я сама!Место расположение -отлично,но вышел конфуз из за котегории-улучшеной...само слово должно было говорить об удобствах,а телевизор маленький...что не соответствует самому названию отеля с котегорией "Luxury "...и так далее...конечно же к работе персонала это не относиться,но из за мелочей... что говорят » падает уровень самого отеля! - everything was perfect , very beutiful rooms and very big , the whole hotel was huge , great location and very close to all atractions in rome and shopping areas . a very nice shop at the reception with designers bags . - The rooms (we had four) were all large and very well appointed. The staff friendly. Its is in a very covienient position near the metro so we were able to use this or walk to any virual any part of Rome.

  It is a very young modern Hotel. - The stuff is just great, super-proffesional! Hotel is quite new, rooms are well-designed, good-furnished and really nice, as well as hotel itself. Breakfast is great, but quite expencive. Location is not in "touristic" place, so you can find a lot of cafe, bars and shopes with usual prices.
