La Dolce Vita is the perfect name for this villa. It was the perfect place for our trip to Ravello. With another couple, we each had apartments next to each other with fantastic views and with an easy walk into town. Everything was new and very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. We stayed 6 nights in Maison Tofani which is a great little hotel in the historical centre of Sorrento, decorated in the best Italian style. We had a large room with a big bed, a sofa and armchairs, a bathroom with shower - and free wifi! The room overlooked the narrow shopping street. We had a small table and two chairs on the minute balcony where we could watch the world go by. The windows were well insulated as we weren't disturbed by noise. Well situated, a lovely 15 min walk into town. Beach 8 mins down the hill. Clean, simple, effective.
We hired a car (40E pd) to explore the island. Perfect size to do that. -
