  This is a great hotel in a great location--a real gem. From what I can tell, all the rooms have a balcony overlooking the sea and the view is fantastic. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and the meals were simple but very good. Air conditioning is avail - This was so quaint and comforting. An American size shower so you can actually move around! A great view from our window onto the street and some water view. Super friendly owner and staff. Great breakfast buffet and a nice sized dining room. When we told the owner our mini fridge wasn't working it was immediately replaced. The hotel was clean, and we would definitely go back .

  Spent two weeks travelling Southern Italy and this hotel was one of the best that I staid in. Nice rooms and also the service was without doubts the best I saw in Italy. Staff was most helpful and did their best to make us feel very comfortable. Also they serv a very good breakfast. Given hotel is on the side of a hill the hotel runs a regular minibus service to/from Forio town center, hotel has its own thermal bath - Everything was excelent!
