  close proximity to the tower is a plus point. Hotel is modern and neat. More than expected than what I had in mind when I made a reservation based on photos and reviews.   My husband was born in San rassore a left turn out of the hotel. We stayed in two other hotels when we first returned to Italy and they were terrible for American accustomed to a level of luxury comfort and sevice. We watched the Abitalia hotel being built and have been very pleased with out stays over the last two years. We will always stay here when we return to see our family - About 10 mins in a cab from the airport, and another 10 mins in a cab to Leaning Tower, so ideal location. Reception, bar and other shared areas very luxurious. Deluxe room was more simple, but clean and spacious and fantastic bed. Worth money for view of Leaning Tower from balcony! Jack and Jill showers a nice feature. Very good value for €100.

You could also reach the leaning tower on taxi by paying less than 10 EURO. - Our hotel stay was better than expected because it was close to the airport and the breakfast in the morning had a wide selection of different types of food. We felt it was better than the reviews on the website because the room was at a high standard so we slept well at night and had plenty to eat in the morning.

  I recommend this hotel to everyone who travels to Pisa or nearby. Location is perfect, I even didn't expect to be located so close to the Torre Pendente - we could have a nice walk to the tower every evening. Very close to bus stop which took us to the station. Very nice older hotel (therefore not the most modern outfit) with big rooms, comfy beds and nice old furniture. Bathroom was updated and perfectly servicable. Very good breakfast with great service and good buffet. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking is right in front of the hotel.

City buses that connect hotel with the city centre are frequent.
