  This is one of the most enchanting little hotels I have ever statyed at. It is a family house with only a few rooms for guests. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable, spotlessley clean, lovely modern bathroom and I want to go back to stay longer!!! Just a short walk to some sweet little local restaurants.   Perfect,In the heart of the City! Ideal location if you are travelling to Pisa. The décor is very tasteful. The rooms are beautiful. The owner whom I spoke with was very friendly and was helpful.   We stayed at this bed and breakfast for 4 nights and it made our vacation to Italy very easy. Location is amazing. It is right outside the leaning tower and across the street to a bus stop for the city. He also informed us of places to stay away from and local news in the area such as a child pick pocketing in the area. there was free wifi - Really freindly welcome and a fantastic location in Pisa. Recommendations for resteraunts given to us by the manager (Luca) were the best we found in Italy. He even booked the table for us. We had the bigger room which comes with a private balcony. Plenty of space four 4 of us and room comes with a double and two singles which is good for families. They were happy for us to leave bags with them all day, which is great if you have a late flight..

We had to leave early in the morning and we were able to go to the kitchen and help ourselves to breakfast. Perfect location. One thing to take into account: Make sure to let them know when you are planning to arrive! Highly recommendable. - Excellent location close to the major attractions. Helpful and no-fuss hostess who made no issue of us arriving well after 9 pm, gave us very useful tips on what to see and sent us off very helpfully by booking us a taxi. Since we had a late night flight out, the ability to leave our bags in the B&B on our last day with access to the common facilities was also a huge help.

You can park right next to your mobile house. We had air conditioning in our house.
