  the staff were very helpful and spoke excellent English. The rooms were clean and cool in the heat. The breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of food. The hotel was a very short walk to the leaning tower. We had an evening meal at the hotel which was also very good. It was excellent value for money. - Everything!   Wonderful! We have stayed in a lot of hotels/B and B's in Europe and this was the best of all!! The staff was wonderful! No question was too big or small. We had a baby and 4 year old with us, and they were great with them. They put an extra twin and a crib in our room and we still had tons of room! Definitely a rarity in Europe. My daughter and I began our trip by flying into Pisa, staying at the Hotel Bologna, and then traveling south to meet up with friends. The entire staff at the Hotel went above and beyond the call of duty. I was so impressed by the whole experience. I recommend without reservation.

  the room - it was very bright and cheery!! Also the air conditioning really worked!!! The staff was very helpful and accommodating - The coutesy shuttle is a bonus - highly recommended to stay at the marinara

Also, the staff was extremely courteous, and quite willing to help. They've shuttle car from the airport and railway station. You could also reach the leaning tower on taxi by paying less than 10 EURO. - Our hotel stay was better than expected because it was close to the airport and the breakfast in the morning had a wide selection of different types of food. We felt it was better than the reviews on the website because the room was at a high standard so we slept well at night and had plenty to eat in the morning.
