  Everything. This hotel cannot be faulted. The 'bad reviews' that this hotel has recieved have been written by what my girlfriend I have considered to be 'snobs'. In terms of value for money this hotel is perfect. The rooms are comfortable, they have sky tv and a mini bar and are cleaned daily.   The staff was outstanding. Anything I needed they provided, whether it was directions, a taxi, our a bottle of wine with glasses when the bar was closed. The bar was great, the bartender always ensured we had snacks to eat with our drinks. Morning breakfast was great, servers were always there to fill your coffee pot.   The hotel was very close to the main sights of Pisa (Leaning Tower was a 10 minute walk away). We also walked from the hotel to Pisa Central station - the whole of Pisa is in walking distance. The room was big and airy. Bed was comfortable, and bathroom was clean. The receptionist was also extremely friendly and helpful.   Perfect,In the heart of the City! Ideal location if you are travelling to Pisa. The décor is very tasteful. The rooms are beautiful. The owner whom I spoke with was very friendly and was helpful. You can just about see the Leaning Tower of Pisa from the front room and have a direct view of The Cathedral of Pisa also known as the Duomo. We were - Hotel Pisa Tower has only been open for a few months, but I can not recommend it enough. I believe there are only a dozen rooms so you get great service from the staff.
