Having b'fast with the view of the Battistero. Good breakfast to start off with. Comfortable bed, with tv and small fridge, and shower/toilet. Receptionists, barman and cleaner very helpful.

  Everything. This hotel cannot be faulted. The 'bad reviews' that this hotel has recieved have been written by what my girlfriend I have considered to be 'snobs'. In terms of value for money this hotel is perfect. The rooms are comfortable, they have sky tv and a mini bar and are cleaned daily.   The staff was outstanding. Anything I needed they provided, whether it was directions, a taxi, our a bottle of wine with glasses when the bar was closed. The bar was great, the bartender always ensured we had snacks to eat with our drinks. Morning breakfast was great, servers were always there to fill your coffee pot. IT had its restaurant opentill late which was convenient after a long day's journey on train. Thetriple room we made use of had ample space, and a very nice largebathroom. The hotel offers shuttle service to the airport which is veryconvenient and which we weren't aware of before speaking to the veryhelpful staff.

  The hotel was very close to the main sights of Pisa (Leaning Tower was a 10 minute walk away). We also walked from the hotel to Pisa Central station - the whole of Pisa is in walking distance. The room was big and airy. Bed was comfortable, and bathroom was clean. The receptionist was also extremely friendly and helpful.
