  Barbara and her Dad were excellent hosts, friendly, warm, welcoming, helpful. The room was cleaned daily, it was spacious with lovely balcony and great views. The town of Castellammare di Stabia is not verynice, so you have to drive to Amalfi coast to get decent views.   We had a wonderful stay with Columba at Le Nereidi. She helped us any any way thinkable. She booked a spot for us at great beaches every day. She also recommanded restaurants for us, and truly made us feel like a family member while we were there. It felt like we had an italian mom while we were there. My partner and I were completely shocked at the high quality accommodation it provided as the prices are so low. Our host Columba was so lovely and made our breakfast fresh every morning. It is a slight hike to get to the hotel but with the amount of food you will be eating it isn't so bad to do a little exercise.   As above - The location: even though it's not at the sea side it has great connections to the Amalfi coast and Napoli (by bus). The weather is nicer than down at the sea-side, especially in summer. It's a calm place so you can sleep with no problems.
