  Bright, clean & freshly restored. Friendly & helpful owner & staff - really made to feel at home. Although a Bed & Breakfast, we could come and go at any time. - This is my second visit to B&B 22. I love the design element and the comfort. It is very conveniently located and I had no difficulty with parking either.

  The size of bedroom with high ceiling. Friendly staff and very good location near to the Bus/Train stations. Breakfast generous. Good value for money - Very close to the central station and bus terminal to outer regions so very convenient to move about. The bread at breakfast was real good.

  The apartment house is situated in the very buzz of Palermo’s old town. We were given an ENORMOUS apartment, not less than 100 sq. m., consisting of huge antechamber, big sitting room, huge bedroom with four-poster bed, kitchen, bathroom with essential toiletries, 3 balconies. Apartment is clean, furnishings are quite sparse (that’s advantage) and... что говорят » almost antique, pigeons’ poo on the balconies is in harmony with city’s mood. Small old TV shows nothing, but who needs it when you are in Palermo. G - Everything was great. My wife, 2 year-old son and I felt so comfortable and Cass Orieles is very child-friendly. Anna, the housekeeper is so frank and helpful. Room is appropriate in size and very clean.

My rooms was fresh painted with a fully equipped kitchen, the customer told me that in the last month they make a lot of improvements according to the customer review. Internet was in my room.

I cannot believe the location and how this is nested above a quaint alley full of great outdoors grills- restaurants with lots and lots of people including locals .   Our stay at Abatellis was simply perfect. From calling ahead to make sure that we found the hotel nicely. Even after we arrived 2 hours later than agreed, the welcome from Luca was all smiles.
