  Although we booked this hotel we ended up in Il Burchiello across the street. For that hotel I can say that the receptionist spoke English well, the room was quite comfortable and clean. Bathroom was of decent size. Breakfast was standard continental. In my opinion not really a 4 - star hotel but definitely value for money.   Anylu, the manager, was exceptional. She was always on hand to help with matters, suggestions on where to go, and was generally incredibly responsive. An absolute delight. We had the attic apartment with the ensuite bathroom, overlooking the canal.   We came just for one night to visit Venice. The bus station to Venice is right front of hotel and they sold us the bus tickets on the reception which was great. It took about 25 min to get to Venice. The room and bathroom was clean and the breakfest is good. We had a great stay, the staff able to speak English very well, very helpful and explained what we could do in Venice in a day. Convenient parking space.   An outstandingly warm and friendly welcome, very helpful with tourist information, ultra clean and excellent breakfast. Secure parking and on a main bus route to Venice about 45 min. Duration. Excellent garden area where we could have our meals, owner always provided cutlery, glasses and plates and coffee. A supermarket within 5 mins walk, several... что говорят » restaurants and a wine shop. We had a great time with other guests and the owner in the evenings after a long day of walking Venice. Highly recommend - Friendly staff, was having the tickets to us for Venice whenever we needed it. Also allowed us to keep the luggage there over time. Breakfast was nice. The owner also organised for us an airport transfer. They were a lovely couple and the place was spotless. Even though they don't speak much English they make a good effort to understand.

  Приветливые хозяйка, пес и кошка встретили нас у порога. Дом очень уютный, убранство со вкусом подобрано в разной цветовой гамме. Очень понравился завтрак, все было вкусно и сытно. До ж/д вокзала лучше ехать на машине и внимательно подобрать время прибытия поезда, чтоб долго не ждать его. Кто-то из нас, по незнанию, за нее дернул, прозвенел звонок, мы решили открыть дверь, а там за д - Valentina, the owner of the place it's very nice, kind and helpfull. The place it self was very clean and in order. It's not a big hostel (4 rooms), I personally liked that. And it's just few minutes from the train stations where you can park your car for free and for only 2,5 € you get to Venice in 30 minutes. Good alternative to the very expensive hotels in Venice. - very nice staff, clean rooms , good service, and breakfast french like.
