The best asset of this hotel is the staff who were all very friendly and helpful. Our room was very well-appointed and very comfortable. Breakfast was typically continental, with a lot to choose from. It was served in a fabulous baroque dining room. After having spent time in Rome and the mountains of Italy, Naples is completely different. It's more dirty than the other cities we visited in Italy but the people are very warm and welcoming. Heed the warnings and do not travel with expensive jewelry. The scenery from the windows with a view of the port are beautiful.

We got for a small amount of money the facilities of a hotel which sometimes is better (24 hr service, a more complete breakfast, easy to access).

The hotel is located very close to the Central Rail Station, which makes it very easy to get to Pompei or Sorento. You can also reach the historical city center on foot in less than 30 minutes. The hotel looks very nice, it is spotless clean and the staff is really friendly and helpful. The breakfast is basic italian-style, but they have fresh pastry avery morning and you can rely on it to start the day. Would definitely stay there again.
