Hotel Michelangelo is very comfortable and the staff are very helpful, particularly Massimo the manager. Ничего. Отель реально заслуживает только 2*. Маленькие тесные номера и санузел. Биде с позапрошлого века: наливай воду в лохань и подмывайся! Кровать и подушки неудобные. Одеяло грязное, т.к. при смене белья его кидают на пол. Чистые полотенца персонал кладет на пепельницу-урну (плевательницу). Завтрак убогий даже по итальянским меркам. Единственно

Two couples in our 60s visited this hotel recently. The town is a beautiful spa town with nice bars and restaurants and ideally situated for day trips to many other Tuscany destinations. The hotel is in a perfect location in the centre of town and is a clean and modern hotel. The staff were all helpful, courteous, efficient and friendly. They really help to make it a very pleasant stay.
