Amazing location in small village, between Adriatic see and mountains. Villa is surrounded by hudge garden with lots of old trees, flowers and green bushes. Generally it is a very nice and quiet place with a lot of old trees around, big parking and nice atmosphere. Breakfast is more than Italian and less then English but you get a real Italian coffee made specially for you at the bar.
