  We travelled around Emilia-Romagna during our Easter holidays and the first stop was in Modena. We had a family room at the hotel and it includes 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The unusual thing is that the bedrooms have sinks but it was convenient. It was one of the biggest rooms in the hotel and is perfectly fine for 5+ people to sleep. He recommended us a nice p - Always a bonus for a solo, oldie, traveller to get a full size double room rather than a pokey broom-cupboard. This family run hotel is a joy to stay in with the Old Town just a five minute walk away. I keep seeing other reviewers moaning about lack of variety for breakfast in these budget priced hotels but, for goodness sake, a good supply of coffee, toast, spreads, juices and yoghurt is quite enough and that's what you get here plus the pleasant conversation with the hard-working proprietor.

  The room was large and comfortable. The owners were very nice. Unfortunately, they didn't speak much English and our Italian was poor although their son was quite good and very helpful. That however is not their problem but ours. I was very interested in seeing his motorcycle collection and recommend that any visitor interested in 2 wheeled vehicl... что говорят » es ask to see it. Overall a very nice facility. - This family owned business is first class. The room we had was beautiful and spacious. The best thing about it for me was the air conditioning in the room. Most Italians are anti-air conditioning but it was 100 degrees the day we were there and the first thing I did was turn that cool air on. The breakfast selections were great and the setting was modern and fun.

This made our stay even more enjoyable. When we made a mistake on our reservation - The hotel is beautiful as is the location. The staff were excellent and could not do enough to help. Stayed in the new wing of the hotel, the room was very big as was the bathroom (which was bigger than a lot of hotel rooms I stayed in in Italy). Breakfast was great, with a decent selection. No restaurant in evening but there are two restaurants within 5 min walk and the hotel has a selection of menu's if you wish to order food in, and they provide plates etc. Can not recommend this hotel enou
