  Nice, friendly and cosy. Only a hop step and a jump to the rail and bus stations.No lift but staff very helpful with our luggage. - Very close to train station, Tommy (owner) is very friendly. Morning breakfast is nice.

  The lady owner was very polite and was willing to help me about Venezia (how to reach there, what should I look, etc.) she also give a map from Venezia for free :) but bottom line and beside this facts, you should know that this hotel is defiantly having perfect location (only 2min from the bus and train station) strategic point as for Venezia als... что говорят » o if you want to reach to the airpot in Treviso, and all that for small amount of money! - Room was spacious and very clean. The light breakfast each morning was nice (although I'm not a fan of instant coffee). Location was great - a few minutes to the train station and a 10-minute ride into Venice St. Lucia.

  I loved the location! Bus is right in front of the church this hotel is a part of and we were never charged to take the bus and it saved us 25€ that the taxi ride is. Bus runs every 15 minutes throughout the day until 2045 and the its about every hour until midnight. We really enjoyed the breakfast that's included in the price. There's no alcohol consumption allowed on the premises or smoking, very quiet ar - Staff was very helpful, always nice and friendly. On our last day we arrived late to breakfast and they brought the food out again for us. Rooms basic but very clean, bathroom as well. Enough space to open a large suitcase and still walk around; large wardrobe. Conveniently located: 10 minute bus ride to Venice (bus right outside the hotel), free parking, free wifi that actually worked.
