  We booked a budget room but were upgraded, for a small negotiable additional charge, to a better room which had wonderful views over Lago Albino and facilities outside in which to relax and enjoy the view. The staff and management were very friendly and helpful; the bedroom was spacious and comfortable with cooking and fridge facilities if require... что говорят » d; the dining room for breakfast was magnificent (we did not have dinner as were committed elsewhere) and were able to use the facilities uninterrupte - The breakfast while traditional was superb. The pastries were absolutely wonderful and were accompanied by your choice of beverages, yogurt, bread and homemade jam, and a hardboiled egg. The dog, Lu-La, while a Giant Canne Corso, is a cream puff who loves to be petted and will follow you all around the property but not into any of the facilities.

  The hotel is simply amazing. The room I was staying in was absolutely fabulous, but the best thing was the kindness of Alessia, the receptionist: I can't really imagine a better treatment, she was helpful and very nice to me and my friend and really made us feel like at home. The rest of the staff was nice, too; we had dinner in the restaurant and ... что говорят » it was delicious and buffet breakfast was yummy! - We thought the place was beautiful, the people running the hotel very helpful and friendly. The views from the hotel of the nearer landscapes and Rome in the distance (we were above Rome on a hill) were wonderful and gave a feeling of being in a unique place.

  the staff were very kind they try to help us to get to places that we wanted to visit even they search for us in the internet the recommended road and they print the construction. if u have laptop internet is free - The staff were very friendly and helpful.
